I’m always looking for new ways for my dogs to release energy and be mentally stimulated. After seeing videos of dogs going crazy in a ball pit I thought it would be a great idea to try with my dogs.
So I headed to my local Kmart and found a small blow up pool with balls included for $13.
While they weren’t as crazy as the dogs in the videos, they seemed to enjoy playing with it very much and continued to play with it for the rest of the day.
TIPS:
- If your dog tends to bite into things I would suggest getting a plastic child’s pool instead to put the balls into.
- To make it more mentally stimulating for your dogs hide a few small treats in a pool full of balls.
- Fill the pool with water in summer to give your dogs a fun way to cool down.
