I’m interested in one of your services, what’s the next step?
Once you have sent your enquiry through the contact page I will be in touch with you to arrange a free consultation. This allows me to meet yourself and your dog, and go over any other questions you may have.

If you are interested but don’t see your location above please feel free to contact us. We can either arrange something (extra charges apply) or provide you with details of another professional in your area.
What previous experience do you have with dogs?
I have previously worked in dog daycare centres, and am also a certified dog trainer through the National Dog Trainers Federation.
How do you ensure my dog is safe?
Your dog’s safety is the most important thing to us, we ensure their safety by:
-Having an initial visit prior to walking your dog to find out all necessary information.
-Closely observing your dog’s behaviour and body language while on their walk, and catering the walk so your dog is comfortable and happy.
-Providing a police check and references.
-Having pet industry insurance and public liability insurance.
-Carrying a pet first aid kit on us at all times.
-Having fresh water available for your dog at all times.
-Having your contact details and your vet’s contact details on us in case of an emergency.
-To ensure your dog is safe if travelling in the car we have impact tested car harnesses in various sizes.
How do you ensure the safety of my home?
Usually dogs are walked while their owners are at work, this means accessing the house when no-one’s home. For your peace of mind I can provide a police check and references. If you provide me with a key to your house it is kept secured in a locked cash box, with only your dog’s name and suburb attached to it.
How long are walks for?
Solo walks can be anywhere between 30 minutes – 1 hour.
Group walks are for 45 minutes. This doesn’t include any travel time (picking up other dogs, getting to the location of the walk, etc) so your dog could be out anywhere between 1-3 hours.
Where do you take the dogs?
We visit various dog friendly parks, sporting ovals and walking trails, as well as local laneways and streets.
For regular walks we switch up the areas we go to so it’s always new and exciting for the dogs.
How do you transport my dog around?
We have a special, comfy doggy van suitable for transporting your dog. We have PetLife Roadie harnesses in various sizes and we secure your dog in the van so they are safe when travelling, and unable to jump out when opening the door.
Can you do any training with my dog?
We are always sure to positively reinforce good behaviour when out walking your dog. This will include things like sitting while waiting to cross, walking nicely on lead, and interacting safely with other dogs. While I currently don’t offer any training services I can pass on some recommendations.
Are you available on weekends/public holidays?
Yes, I offer walks on weekends as well as public holidays. However there is a $10 fee for public holidays, and weekend walks are subject to availability.
Are you able to feed my dog as well?
I am more than happy to feed your dog after their walk. I also always ensure their water bowl is full.
Are you able to give my dog medication?
I can definitely give your dog it’s medication, I have plenty of practice doing this with clients.
Do you walk dogs when it’s raining or hot?
As long as your dog is comfortable we are happy to walk your dog in the rain. If I feel it is to dangerous the walk can be rescheduled or substituted for a home visit instead. Your dog is cleaned and dried as much as possible before returning home.
During the warmer months I will try to walk dogs earlier in the day before it gets to warm. On hot days walks will be rescheduled or substituted for a home visit instead.
Can I get my spare keys from you if I lose mine?
Of course! I have delivered keys to many clients who have unfortunately locked themselves out or lost their keys.
